These visual aids are designed to help subjects drift into hypnosis more readily.
For some, having a hypnotic fixation point is just what they need, to be able to let their mind drift un-distracted. They find it helpful to focus on one of these animations as they listen to an audio session.
If you use these visual aids, do not resist closing your eyes, when that point in the session comes. These animations are for getting you to the point where your eyes close on their own. When that happens, just allow your eyelids to fall, and don't worry about continuing to watch. Fighting the eye closure can interfere with your trance.
